Kirk Alexander Clawson, 27

January 29, 2022

Kirk Alexander Clawson, 27, of Mount Joy, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday. January 29, 2022. He was the loving husband of Tyasia Striver and was the soon to be father of Maverick Clawson.

Kirk enjoyed riding motorcycles and cars, and loved his cats, Mia, Kilo, Blaze, and Chapo. He was known as a kind and generous man who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. Most of all, he loved his family and was excited to be a father. He was very loved and will be very missed.

In addition to his wife, son, and parents, Kirk is survived by his sisters, Brandi DeRoo (wife of Shane) and Kayla Clawson (fiancé to Ian); step-brother, Tyler Haire (fiancé to Samantha); step-sister, Heidi Myers; grandmother, Ginger Clawson; mother-in-law, Lasheen Segner (wife of Eric Dhansis); father-in-law, Kenneth Striver (husband of Virgina); as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bruce Clawson, Jr. and Albert Zonts; grandmother, Freida James; step-grandfather, Harold James; and uncles, Steve Zonts and Joe Zonts.
