Jere T. Conley, 65

Jere T. Conley, 65, of Lancaster, passed away at Hospice & Community Care on December 7, 2020. Born and raised in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Lawrence Conley Sr. and Emma (Devine) Conley and husband to the late Linda J. (Stroh) Conley.

Jere attended Lancaster Business School and worked for Lancaster Water Company for 15 years as a supervisor.

A devout Christian, Jere was a member of LCBC-Lancaster.

He was a friendly and outgoing guy who enjoyed socializing with friends. He was an Eagles fan and still celebrated their 2018 Superbowl victory. He will be remembered by his family as a hardworking man and a loving father.

He will be missed by his son Adam Conley (Ashley) and his siblings; Denise McGeary, Larry Conley, and Cheri Jones, nieces and nephews; Shaun McGeary, Sheila Hershey, and Mark Jones, and his uncle Jere P. Conley.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date yet to be determined. Until then, all events will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice and Community Care 685 Good Drive, Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.

Jere was one of my childhood friends, a great kid growing up! “JJ” and I were neighbors and spent many summer days playing ball, riding bikes, hanging out at LaMaster’s! So many fond memories of him and his wonderful family!
