Elizabeth P. Davis, 88, of Lititz, passed away on November 20, 2023, at Lancaster General Hospital.
Born in Coatesville, Libby graduated from Parkesburg High School and Immaculata College. She worked as a supervisor in food service at Lancaster General Hospital.
She loved flower gardening and animals. Libby was a member of The Worship Center, and she occasionally worshipped at Calvary Church with her son Dan. Libby’s family has comfort in knowing that she is in Heaven with The Lord.
Libby is survived by her sons, Daniel R. Davis, husband of Barbara J. of Lancaster, and Glenn W. Davis, husband of Vicky J. of Bainbridge, her daughter, Julie Wagner of Lancaster, and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother.

Condolences to the Family

We were sad to read about Libby’s passing. We missed her when she moved away from the Wavery Ave. neighborhood in Neffsville. We looked forward to seeing her walking with her beloved poodle, Mickey everyday. She would stop and talk and always have something inspirational to say to cheer us up and brighten our day. Of course, this was only after talking for over half an hour about the weather, food, politics,and religion. But we always ended the conversation with laughter and a smile and an apology to Mickey who had to wait patiently to get back to his walk. We know we will see her again in Heaven. She was a strong woman with a strong faith in God. We think we speak for many other people in our neighborhood when we say all our lives were very much touched by knowing her. What a beautiful soul. Love you and miss you Libby.
