July 3, 1944 - October 13, 2022

Robert D. “Bobby” Dugan, 78, of Lititz, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the only child of the late Arthur J. and Marie (Buchanan) Dugan. He was a loving father to their daughter, Nancy Marie Zakroff and her husband Adam, of Havertown, PA.

He worked for many years in sales, and later became a delivery driver for ACME Markets, retiring after 23 years. Following retirement, he enjoyed traveling to Ireland and Italy. He loved driving, and along with his wife, extensively traveled the east coast and explored many national parks. When he wasn’t traveling, he enjoyed taking friends and family out to eat, and going to car and truck shows.

Condolences to the Family

October 13, 2023

I head about Bobby’s passing a couple of months after he passed away.  I can’t believe it’s already a year today that he was taken from his family.  Bobby was in my life from the mid 60’s to the mid 70’s.  He got me hooked on the Flyers and we celebrated the 2 Stanley Cups that they won.  That was a great time in my life.  It was nice keeping in touch with him again over the last 15 plus years.  He was a great friend who was so easy to talk with.  My condolences to his family.  I know the anniversary of his death is hard to cope with.   Rest in Peace, Bobby!   Florence

I just learned of Bobby’s passing today. I knew him many, many years ago and only reconnected with him briefly five or six years ago. He remained the genuinely good guy I remembered. God rest your soul in peace, Bobby. Dom Brunelli
