Donn E. Frazier, 82

Donn E. Frazier, 82, of Lancaster and formerly of State College, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017 after battling Parkinson’s Disease.
He was the husband of Marie Carter Frazier, sharing 8 years of marriage. He was previously married to the late Mary Ann Wert Frazier, who passed away in September 2007. Born in Spring Mills, he was the son of the late Earl F. and Anna J. Smith Frazier.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Accounting, from The Pennsylvania State University in 1957. Donn had worked for The Pennsylvania State University for 37 years, retiring in June 1998 from his position as Deputy Controller.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lancaster.
He enjoyed fishing in Canada and Alaska as well as deep-sea fishing, and enjoyed bowling.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Jacqueline Frazier Calnon and her husband Dennis, of Dublin OH; son Kenneth Wert Frazier and his wife Sacha, of San Diego CA; four grandchildren: Alexander J. Calnon of Cincinnati OH, Jamison L. Calnon of Dublin OH, and Quinn E. and Oliver R. Frazier, both of San Diego CA. Donn is also survived by his Sister-in-law Sara Frazier of Centre Hall, and his 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
A service celebrating Donn’s life will be held at the Willow Valley Community after the first of the new year, with information to be announced in the coming weeks.
