Saundra….I was so saddened to learn of your loss.  I value the brief times we spent in each other’s company in recent years.  I especially value the artistic inspiration I personally found in his art and treasure his personal gift to me of the panorama of the Lititz Springs at their origins in the Park.  I know that many individuals were affected by visual gratification experienced in his art. He made Warwick classmates proud in becoming an important regional artist during his lifetime…
Paul L. Minnich, Class of 59

So sorry and deeply saddened to hear the news of Paul’s passing. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Sandy and his family. I first met Paul in 1977 when he was looking for a title searcher to work with him in his title office. He introduced me to the title industry and was my mentor. He shared his "old school" knowledge of title searching and plotting by hand (protractor and draftsman rule) and taught me well.  I will be forever grateful for his time he spent with me. He and Sandy would often invite me to their house for dinner and he and I would do a review of the files and research completed that day for a better understanding of the title search product. 34 years later I am still in the title business. Many of his children and his nieces have all worked in the title field and I have had the pleasure of meeting them over the years. (Dan, his son, now works for me)

Many times when we would ride together to courthouses, etc…he would always be snapping pictures of the landscape and architecture. His love of art(paintings) was a definite standout. I am fortunate to have a few watercolors including a beautiful watercolor that he painted for me and Wendy on our wedding day. I found his website that posts his work and it made me feel good to know that he was able to continue his work throughout his life. I will be out of town the weekend of the memorial service. Sorry that I cannot attend.

May God bless Sandy and his family.
