We are SO sorry……we only now just learned of Carol’s homegoing! When we went to deliver something for her at United Zion, we learned this shocking news. We express our belated heartfelt condolences to you as her family. We will miss our fun visits with her. She actually is now more alive than any of us are! To that part of my family called Hevener:
Carol’s obituary said leave a condolence for her family, which means, I think, express your sympathy for the sorrow caused by her going. Uh Huh, this ain’t no condolence. Just think! No more nursing home, even tho adequate for it’s purpose. It’s not like home, the way it use to be, with mom and dad. Carol is now in the big house! They are incomparable!!!
She knows as she is known! No more looking in a mirror dimly. No more struggling to express herself. She knows everything, including the cure for covid 19!
She is with her heavenly Father and has received a hug from her big brother Jesus. No more sorrow, or crying, or pain, or feeling unnecessary.
She has met her guardian angels.
She has joined the circle of her family. THINK OF IT!
The Lord has assigned her her duties for the next ten thousand years and it probably is in the soprano section of the heavenly choir. I bet they are singing the Hallelujah Chorus right now. Methinks I can hear them, or at least Stella’s beautiful alto voice.
Mary, Wayne, Don and Doris, I love you!! Hope you feel the same way I do about Carol’s homegoing. Jim, and of course Ruth.
PS. Just got back today from purchasing our gravestone. How’s that for getting ready?
