Please accept my sincere sympathy on the passing of my dear cousin Betty Jo.  I can still see her smile and remember her keen wit and sense of humor.  She loved to tease and was always joking with my mom. I know she brought joy and laughter to her own mom as well. It is especially difficult knowing it is someone within our own generation. However, I believe she is at peace and joyfully united with her parents and relatives. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. God Bless You!
Sincerely,
Cathy Ganse Roth

She was survived by her loving husband of 18 years: Len Hoff, 2 sons: Lester Sapp Jr and Shawn husband of Maureen Hoff, 3 daughters: Traci wife of John Plewka, Stefanie wife of Andres Olvera and Trisha wife of Freddy Melecio, 13 Grandkids, and 2 Great grandkids. Liz was loved deeply by her family and we will miss her very much.
How can you even have a rememberence for someone you didn’t even know for the last 10 years.—-
Sincerely her daughter, Trisha
