Condolences to the Family

September 09, 2013

Dear Kay, Tony, Maryellen and Roseanne,
I am so sorry to learn that Joe was suffering from cancer and has died.
What a heartache and a heavy cross you all have had these past five years and I am without words knowing that you had to endure all of that.
From the obituary, I can see that Joe certainly was a “good and faithful servant”. The amonut of volunteerism he dedicated cetraintly gives me an indication of what a generous spirit he had.
I will have a Mass offered at Saint Peter’s for him and I pray that his good works are a source of comfort to all of you.
God bless
Love and prayers

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of you in the loss of your husband, father, grandfather and my cousin, BOBO, the eldest member of our Kucela family’s children. Even though his passing was premature, we will have his memories in our minds and hearts to remember him. Sorry we were unable to attend his services but ‘we were there spiritually and emotionally.’ He will always be our ‘special cousin’ as he gave the rest of us the capacity to savour each moment and live life to its fullest. He will be missed!
Love from Madelyn and Jay

Bobo,
Love from Aunt Natalie from Uniontown, PA. You’ll always be my ‘little Bobo” a name of endearment given to you by your maternal grandmother and one that kept you always close to me even when you lived away. I have many memories of you that I will always cherish…our trips ‘down South’ to visit sister Rosie and cousins in GA and SC, your impromptu trips to visit me on special occasions or for just the sake of coming, your gifts of flowers on special occasions and many more. I will miss your laughter and phone calls but now you can share different memories with your parents and grandparents. I will see you again (soon). Remember I will be 94 this year!
Love and kisses, Aunt Natalie (Ethel once upon a time)

I am a former student of Mr. Homer. He was my science teacher at Lincoln Jr High in 1970 when I was in ninth grade. At that time, Mr. Zellers was the geography teacher and I remember the fun tricks they used to play on one another.  I was never much of a science student, but Mr. Homer made science fun and interesting.  I was so sorry to see his passing in the paper.  As a former student, I want you to know what a great teacher he was and how much I enjoyed being in his class. My sympathies to you and your family.

Our deepest sympathy goes to you and your family on the loss of your husband, father and friend.  He was the oldest of our cousins and one we looked up to.  Tony (Bobo) was a friend to this southern cousin and my heart feels a great loss.  As time passes may you and yours find peace and joy in the many memories you cherish of him.  Sorry we couldn’t be there but our thoughts and prayers wil be with you. Love Ethel and Tommy Barron

Rosanne.   Please accept my condolences at the loss of your Dad.  It is always a difficult period but, with your faith, God will bring you through it.  May his blessings and the memories of your Dad bring you comfort.  God bless you and your family.
