Condolences to the Family

Marge was a precious soul and it was my great privilege to have her next door on Chestnut Street when I moved to Lancaster as a young adult with my family. I remember needing to stay home from part of a family beach week because of my work schedule. She lovingly kept an eye out to make sure things were okay. I was always impressed with how she held New Year’s Eve parties for some of the elderly neighbors. I thought that was so kind-hearted. Marge and Bud had a zest for life. It always felt like a party if they were outside with the BBQ. We were so stunned with his sudden passing, and were glad to return the favor of keeping a loving eye out for her. She always made our family feel like we were special to her. My heart-felt condolences to her family. Marge was a special woman.

We had the pleasure of living next to Marge and Bud on East Chestnut Street. Marge was a wonderful neighbor and always took interest in all of us kids. Her house was so artistically decorated with all their antiques and she loved her four legged companions so much. We also loved having Bud as a neighbor and witnessed the deep connection the two of them had. We loved knowing both Marge and Bud. Rest in pease both of you.

I worked with Marge at CNH. We shared our love for our felines. What a great lady!  I always admired her.

Adrienne was a dear friend & co-worker at American Music Theater. We both started working there the same day & became friends immediately. A very caring person with an outgoing personality who enjoyed life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed😢

Marge was an amazing woman that I had the privilege to get to know through her employment at Irex and afterward through gatherings and times spent together socially afterward.  She will be missed.  I had the occasion to talk with her in the recent past and as usual, she was matter-of-fact about her illness.  Telling it like it was and not sugar coating anything.  She knew she was Blessed with every day she was given in the past 5 years and she was content in knowing that she had lived a wonderful life.  Always practical, but positive.  A role model for others.  The world is a better place because of her and I will not forget her.
