E. Jean Kline, 91

May 10, 2018

E. Jean Kline, 91, of Lancaster went home to be with The Lord at Moravian Manor on May 10, 2018. Born in Cochranville, she was the daughter of the late Henry Willis Bush and Caroline (Chambers) Bush.
Jean was a long-time employee of the PA Liquor Control Board. After Jean retired she worked part-time for Manheim Township School District as a cafeteria monitor and lunch aide, but was highly passionate about volunteering. When she was not at work, she was helping with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or going on home and hospital visits for the Worship Center. Jean was a strong, devoted Christian who loved worship and reading her bible. She will be dearly missed by all those who she touched with her faith. Jean enjoyed playing bocce ball and BINGO but most of all, Jean loved her family. She enjoyed holidays and family get togethers full of fun, laughter and games.
She is survived by her daughters; Carolyn J. Kramer (C. David), Valerie A. Lookenbill (Donald J.), and Robin K. Unangst (Brian E.), all of Lititz, brother Robert Bush of Atglen (Virginia), nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, Robert W. Kline, her dear daughter, Donna Rathman, and her siblings; Edith Hilaman, Mildred Farmer, Helen Myers, Willis H. Bush, and John Bush.
A Memorial Service for Jean will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11:00AM at the Worship Center located at 2384 New Holland Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. Family will be receiving guests prior to the service starting at 10:00AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions on Jean’s behalf can be made to the Worship Center at the address above or the American Heart Association at 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.
