Robert D. Koppenhafer, 76
Robert D. Koppenhafer, 76, formerly of Lititz, died Saturday, February 26, 2011 in Laguna Woods, CA. A leasing executive, Bob owned RBK Leasing in Lititz for 35 years.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Frederick J. and Mary Seltzer Koppenhafer. Bob graduated from St. Agnes High School, West Chester, and earned a bachelors degree in economics from Villanova University. He served in the US Army. Bob had been a member of Saints Philip & James Roman Catholic Church, Exton, where he worked the bingo and was a charitable donator. He was a member of Lancaster Ski Club.
Surviving Bob are his three daughters, Susan J. Koppenhafer and Ellen T. Koppenhafer, Lancaster, and Ann K., wife of Anthony Guba, Aliso Viejo, CA, brother, Fred Koppenhafer, Naples, FL, and sister, Mary Lou Dondero, West Chester.
The Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10:30 AM, Monday, March 7, 2011, at Saints Philip & James Roman Catholic Church, 107 N. Ship Road, Exton, PA. Viewings will take place 7 to 9 PM, Sunday, March 6, 2011, at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 414 E. Barbara, Susan, Ellen, Ann and Family,
Mary Jo and I are saddened to learn of the death of Bob. Although we had not seen Bob for quite some time, we do remember the good times we had with him in years past, especially with ski trips and partying. I am sure you will miss him, and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Take care.
